It is a standard policy to perform reference checks on every employee that applies for work with Valley Staffing Services.

Screening and Testing

Every potential employee who comes to Valley Staffing Services for placement is thoroughly tested, evaluated, and screened so we can match the skill level of each candidate with our clients' needs. 

Over 25 testing methods are used to assess basic clerical, accounting, computer, or light industrial needs, including basic math, reading, and the ability to follow directions.
