History of the Company

Valley Staffing Services began in 1991, founded by David Mueller and Paula Mueller. The Mueller's have an extensive background in management, operations and sales for Fortune 500 companies throughout the United States. Both David and Paula continue to direct Valley Staffing Services towards the goal of being a "total service organization." Having achieved a record of one million dollars in sales our first year, Valley Staffing Services filled a void forgotten ... SERVICE. David, as President, feels their company will always maintain a high standard for service, focus, and partnership between customers and employees.

Valley Staffing Services took this commitment of SERVICE and expanded first into Fresno County. Our focus, to become staffing consultants, customizing programs to meet a company's personnel situation rather than just a temporary service filling open positions with warm bodies. This focus has resulted in double the sales dollars and billing hours after just two years of opening the doors in the Fresno County market.

Valley Staffing rated #158 by Inc 500.

Paula Mueller, Vice President of the Corporation implements and oversees all marketing strategies for the Company including, but not limited to advertising, community involvement, business affiliations, new market analysis, and quality employee retention and incentive programs. Mrs. Mueller continues to direct Valley Staffing Services in helping employers find the right employee not just "seat warmers."

Bakersfield, Modesto and Paso Robles branches have each started after extensive market research. We feel our focus of consistent SERVICE, going beyond "filling the order", striving to understand the large or small business specific needs, in an ever changing business environment, enables us in becoming successful partners with the local business community.
