Our employees are paid weekly from signed time sheets. We invoice clients weekly, providing a detailed accounting of each job assignment. Customized reports are available upon request.

Advertising

In addition to out-sourcing our recruiting efforts to the community and surrounding areas, we pride ourselves in customizing advertisements for specific positions to run in the classified section of local newspapers. Ads may be designed to attract a general class of employees; i.e. Clerical, machinists, welders, certified forklift operators, or specific to a client's individual long-term/temporary to hire openings. As a company, we are absolutely committed to the establishment, implementation and maintenance of an effective injury prevention program for all Valley Staffing Services employees. We are committed to implementing the safety program during the hiring process and enforcement in cooperation with our employer clients at temporary employee job sites.

Our safety program is comprehensive, including handbooks, videos, and position specific information according to clients. The program meets all requirements of California's SB 198 Health and Safety regulations.

Reference Check Policy

It is a standard policy to perform reference checks on every employee that applies for work with Valley Staffing Services.

Screening and Testing

Every potential employee who comes to Valley Staffing Services for placement is thoroughly tested, evaluated, and screened so we can match the skill level of each candidate with our clients' needs.

Over 25 testing methods are used to assess basic clerical, accounting, computer, or light industrial needs, including basic math, reading, and the ability to follow directions.
